  • What programs do you offer?

    At Quince Orchard Swim Academy, we offer a variety of programs to cater to swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Our offerings include Learn-To-Swim Lessons, Stroke Clinics, Swim Team Preps, and Year-Round Competitive Team training groups.

  • How do I register for classes?

    Registering for classes at Quince Orchard Swim Academy is easy. Simply head to the program page that you would like to join. Click on the 'Register Here' button links to proceed to our online registration platform, Captyn. Through Captyn, you are able to select the days and times you would like to enroll in!

  • What are your class sizes?

    Class sizes vary depending on the program and skill level. We strive to maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and effective instruction. 


    Our Learn-To-Swim Lessons typically have a maximum of 3 students per instructor for the lowel levels and a maximum of 5 students per instructor for the upper levels.


    Our Stroke Clinics & Swim Team Prep groups will typically have a maximum of 8 students per lane.


    Our Competitive Team groupings will range between 4-8 swimmers per lane depending on the group.

  • Do you offer private lessons?

    Yes, we offer private lessons for individuals who prefer one-on-one instruction or have specific goals they'd like to focus on. Private lessons are available upon request and can be scheduled at a time that's convenient for you. Private Lesson will be scheduled directly with your coach.

  • What safety measures do you have in place?

    The safety of our swimmers is our top priority at Quince Orchard Swim Academy. We adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines set forth by the relevant governing bodies. Our facilities are equipped with lifeguards, first aid supplies, and emergency response procedures to ensure a safe and secure swimming environment.


    All Competitive Team coaches have their lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid certifications.

  • What equipment do I need for classes?

    For most classes, we recommend bringing swimwear, goggles, a swim cap (if your swimmers hair is past their ears), and a towel. 


    Additional equipment will be required for our Copetitive Team groupings, such as fins, kickboards, snorkles, and pull buoys. 


    Our coaching staff will provide guidance on any required equipment for your class.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of program and the reason for cancellation. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your classes, and we strive to accommodate these requests whenever possible. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
