Additional Indoor Learn-To-Swim Lessons Information

• Membership Fee: Indoor Learn-To-Swim membership fee is $100
• This is an annual fee that is required to be able to enroll in Indoor Learn-To-Swim Lessons
• Make Up Options: If your swimmer misses their regularly scheduled Lesson, you can sign up for a makeup Lesson during our 'Make Up Week'. We will also provide a few slots during normal Lesson options to schedule make ups. Please see our Make Up section below for more information.
• Coach-to-Swimmer Ratio: Levels 1 & 2 will have a 1:3 ratio, while Levels 3 & 4 will have a 1:5 ratio.
• Multi-Registration Discount: 2.5% discount on practice fees per additional practice day
• Multi-Athlete Discount: 5% discount on practice fees per Swimmer

How to Register

The Quince Orchard Swim Academy utilizes the Captyn platform to manage registrations.

Below are instructions on how to register!

Step 1: Click the button link in the section above to register for Indoor Lessons.

Step 2: Select the days and times you would like to enroll in to add them to your cart.

• Please note that there are Fall Session, Winter Session, & Spring Options for each day and time.

Step 3: Click into your cart to check out.

Step 4: Create your Captyn account. Enter your information along with your swimmers' information.

Step 5: Complete the check out procedure. You will receive a welcome email confirming your enrollment.

Step 6: Attend your Lessons and start your swimming journey!

If you request a refund for any reason, please note that we are charged non-refundable processing fees by our registration and payment providers - both at the time of payment and the time of refund. Because of this, all refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee, which helps to offset these costs but does not cover the total fees. This applies even if no services were provided.
