Private Lesson Coaches
Meet Coach Kole, whose journey into the world of swimming began 18 years ago at the age of 6 when he first joined the Manchester Farms Dolphins in MCSL. From those early days, Kole's passion for the water was evident, and he quickly became a familiar face at the pool.
As he progressed through the ranks of the Dolphins, Kole not only excelled as a competitive swimmer but also found joy in helping younger swimmers develop their skills. His dedication and leadership did not go unnoticed, and by the time he was 16, he had earned the role of assistant coach, a position he has proudly held for nearly a decade.
In 2014, Kole's coaching journey expanded beyond the local scene when he joined a USA club team. Starting from the basics of teaching lessons, Kole worked tirelessly to improve his coaching abilities, eventually obtaining certification as a USA Swimming Coach.
Equipped with qualifications including CPR/AED, American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches, Kole ensures the safety and well-being of his swimmers both in and out of the water.
As Kole enters his 9th year as an assistant coach for the Manchester Farms Dolphins, his passion for swimming and coaching remains as strong as ever. Whether he's mentoring young swimmers or guiding them through their journey in the pool, Coach Kole continues to make a positive impact on the swimming community.
Coming Soon...
I discovered my love for swimming at age 7 when I joined the Manchester Farm Dolphins. While I was still in middle school, I began working with pre-team swimmers, sparking a passion for coaching and mentoring. Over the years, my patience, calm demeanor, and compassion has earned praise from fellow coaches, parents, and the swimmers I support. Before joining Quince Orchard Swim Academy, I swam and coached for a local club team.
As a well-rounded athlete, I earned a spot on my high school’s varsity track team as a freshman. I am currently training for my black belt in karate, and have competed in several local triathlons—winning my most recent.
I am currently a sophomore at Northwest High School, where I am enrolled in the Ulysses Signature Program.
I have been swimming since I was just 4 years old, beginning in a lesson program similar to the one QOSA has to offer. Currently, I swim for Manchester Farm Dolphins during the summer, QOSA year round, and am a part of the Northwest Swim and Dive team during the winter season.
I began coaching in sixth grade, where I started by volunteering for SSL hours. Just two years later, I became a part-time coach, teaching levels 1-4 in addition to swim clinic. I have been a paid coach for almost 5 years and have been a Site Supervisor for QOSA at MCF for the past 2 summer seasons. With my patient and understanding approach to coaching, I have been known to be especially helpful in teaching swimmers with special needs and physical disabilities.
I am a student at Northwest High School and am part of the MC2 program, which will allow me to graduate with an Associates Degree in addition to my high school diploma.
My general availability is 12-4pm on Saturdays, though there may be occasional conflicts due to club or school swim meets.
