Summer Team Practices

At Quince Orchard Swim Academy, our commitment to individualized training extends into the summer. During the summer, it's crucial for swimmers to attend these practices in addition to their neighborhood swim team practices.


Our coaching staff emphasizes the power of training groups and teamwork. These groups provide a supportive environment where swimmers can push each other towards excellence, fostering camaraderie and mutual respect. Through teamwork, our swimmers learn the value of collaboration, discipline, and shared goals. Summer training at QOSA is not just about swimming faster; it’s about growing stronger, together.


Summer Long Course Practices at Manchester Farm

Pool Address: 13851 Hopkins Rd. Germantown, MD 20874

Practice Groups: Senior +, Senior, Junior +, Advanced Junior, & Junior

Session Dates:

  • 6 weeks: 6/16 - 7/24

Session Fees: $200 per swimmer - Can attend both practice options each week

Registration Fee: $50 per swimmer - This is waived if you are already enrolled in the 2025/26 Winter Season

Practice Schedule:

  • Senior + & Senior:
  • Tuesday: 7:15 - 8:45 AM
  • Thursday: 7:15 - 8:45 AM
  • Junior +, Advanced Junior, & Junior:
  • Monday: 7:15 - 8:45 AM
  • Thursday: 8:45 - 10:15 AM

Summer Short Course Practices at Quince Orchard

Practice Groups: Minis

Session Dates:

  • 5 weeks: 6/22 - 7/20

Session Fees:  $100 per swimmer

Registration Fee: $50 per swimmer - This is waived if you are already enrolled in the 2025/26 Winter Season

Practice Schedule:

  • Sunday: 9-10 AM

Additional Summer Team Information

  • Team Membership Fee:
  • $50 for all Summer Team Programs (non-refundable)
  • This fee is waived if you are already enrolled for the 2025/26 Winter Season
  • Team Fees:
  • Senior +, Senior, Junior +, Advanced Junior, Junior: $200 for up to 2 practices per week
  • Minis: $100 - Sunday AM practice only

Quince Orchard Swim Academy utilizes the Captyn Platform for Registration

Step 3: Proceed to your cart to check out. You will need to create your Captyn account. Please include your information along with your swimmer(s).

Step 4: Complete the check out process - Summer Membership Fee & Practice Fees are due at this time.
